I'm pretty sure all of the 3rd gens with cruise control have the same switch, especially since the (EDM) part would stand for European domestic market. Maybe
@wurlycorner can help you out? I'm sure he has one in his many boxes

How can purchase a switch from the one if is so; including an amount of money and a shipment method, the postage?
It is saved when you can tell me.
My car is 3ｒｄ gen PRELUDE(1991) with POP UP HEAD LAMP.
And i'm looking for 「REAR FOG LAMP SWITCH(EDM)』 too.

Sorry I didn't tag @wurlycorner correctly... wurlycorner is a moderator on the forum that was breaking a 3rd gen a little while back and provided me with some parts.

It is happy if you have it (integral with the sun roof switch) and can hand over the rear fog switch.
