Hi all.

What batteries do you have and where is the best place to get them.
2.2 type s.
According to Eurocarparts I need an 030. But they are anything from 90-160 quid.

I got a genuine Honda one from cox motor parts for 49.99.

The advantage is, and I can't remember the numbers without checking but it had all the correct ah etc and actually a much higher cold cranking amp rating than the ones euros will sell you.

Honda were cheapest i could find when i bought a new battery for my 4th gen BB1 in Jan 2016.
I presume 4th gen battery would be ok for your Type S

Got a good deal on it (trade price £36.99+vat)

THIS.

The chap who sold it was really good, kept me in touch with how long it will take and tracking numbers etc. And when it arrived it was nicely wrapped too. Best seller..

FWIW I've bought multiple things from Cox and they've always been decent. I think @Carrisma put me on to them way back.

i normally measure the size of the gap the battery fits in and note the ratings on the old one then go to a battery supplier and get the biggest and highest rated i can that fits in that gap
