Type S Active ABS ECU

I have a code 16 for electrical noise/intermittent interruption for my RR ABS sensor, I've tried all the troubleshooting steps in the manual to no avail, so as per the manual the only option left is try replacing the ECU.
Part number is 39790-S30-J31 someone must have one knocking about from a breaker?
