Lude Generation

Hi all,
After a few bits for the Lude, does anyone have any of the following?

A pair of top mounts for the front suspension.
Pair of 4WS rear upper control arms.
Single screw for the centre console (5th Gen).
The circlular clip that holds the headboard above the rear seats.

Have kindly had the screw sorted out for me but looking for the rest still:
