I have this setup I think it was Indigolemon that told me stiffness settings of 100% on the front and 75% in the back works well.

yeh ive got them on my lude, just Bumble_bee wants them on her lude now lol

There is a set of Konis on this lude thats up for breaking. I dont know what the springs are but theyre red. Drop is 40mm at a guess.
This is one of my pals old F22 4th gen. The seller may not be aware that it has konis on it
