Seat Runner Bolts, JDM Front Fogs

Hi folks,
Need a couple of bits for my lude. First up need the two rear bolts for the drivers seat runners. The last owner was fairly short so fitted about an inch spacer and long bolts. I'm 6' so need head and leg room, I've removed the spacers and long bolts but now need to fit the rails down. Would try B&Q but don't know what size I need
Also need JDM front fog lights, one of mine is missing a lense so want to put that right
Ooh if anyone has an oem airbox lid & panel filter for muchos cheap I'd like that too, all I have is cone filter on breather pipe and it looks naff. Luckily the lower bit is still there, just need the lid.
