Help: Upper bushes & ball joint issues

Hello again everyone
Another year, another MOT, another headache searching for parts.
I have a 1991 (J-reg) 2.0 16v 4WS.
I need upper suspension arm bushes for front AND rear.
Through this wonderful forum, I found that this genuine Honda part 51455SF1023 is ok for the rear upper.
Does anyone know if it's also ok for the front upper?

I'm also looking for the front upper suspension arm ball joint.
I can't seem to find a genuine Honda part (do they exist anymore?)
There seem to be plenty of more 'universal' parts online that supposedly fit, does anyone have any recommendations ??
