Hi all,

Feel well guilty having not been on here for ages and suddenly popping up with a wanted post

Has anyone got an oem 4g H22 exhaust manifold - that isn't cracked?

Both the oem manifolds on my UKDM and JDM BB1's are cracked in the same place - all round the pipes from cylinders 1 and 2 at the welds on the collector. It's basically impossible to get in to repair this all round, unfortunately.

I do have a couple of after-market options available (and one will be going on the jdm) but the ukdm I want to keep OEM, hence on the hunt.

Also, as a massive I definitely did have a good spare but have either lost it, or already sold/given it away at some point, because I just *cannot* find it, despite looking everywhere, 3 times

there is also a custom/oem downpipe with a busted flexi section. bit bulky to ship but thought id mention it as it fitted to the oem mani
happy to swap for H22A8 5th gen 62mm throttle body if you have one.
Ive also got a fujitsubo FGK super ex - pipe 2 & 3 if you have pipe 1 (mani)

Just double check the welds round the collector please, to be sure there's no cracks starting (I don't need pics, trust your word of course!).
I don't have a large throttle body I'm afraid - only got standard h22 4g throttle bodies in the shelf, so let me know how much you want and I'll get the dosh straight over.

I have 2 full fgk header set ups so don't need any more spares on that front I'm afraid and I have one strategic spare oem style downpipe (sold my second one a while ago - I think I might need the remaining one for the ukdm but will confirm when I've got the manifold swapped and run it all up properly).

No worries - would be £40 plus postage (£10) if thats ok.
I cant see any cracks in the mani and it didnt blow when fitted - couple of cracks in the top heatshield tho
