Does anybody know of an equivilent part that fits a prelude? I checked eBay and the NSX apparently shares it, at a reasonable £2.56, but £22 postage from Japan, which seems huge.

some of the aftermarket replacement washer motors come with a new grommet and cost under £10 for the motor and grommet:
