Seem to have developed a misfire, most likely due to the blueprint HT leads that don't fit properly

Had a look a new magnecors and the best price looks like £70 + £7 P&P from DC Performance

Anyone got some 2nd hand magnecors I could buy? Ideally red to match the rocker cover.

I have some spare in red

but I took them off because think one of them kept popping up for whatever reason

not sure if it was not actually making a connection, but replaced them with some blue ngk anyway

you could have them for cheap

Lets talk :)

Are they defo the right ones for a H22? That sounds like the problem I have with my blueprint leads - the spark plug tube thingys aren't quite long enough to reach down over the spark plug tops without deforming the top part that seals over the hole.

should be deffo h22,

they just lift up a little from the spark plug hole sometimes, I think with the pulling off and on the connections inside need squeezing together if you know what I mean lol

the rubber thingys seem fine when it stays on, but might be the same problem :?

It might be worth me trying them just to see if it makes any difference, so I can check if the misfire is definitely HT lead related. Any chance of a pic & how much are you after? Might be best to PM.

You guys know you can quite often pull the actual brass clip inside the rubber further through the rubber? I didn't know until Rich at PAW showed me as mine weren't gripping all that well. Now there's a real positive clip when you push them on :)

Thx for the tip Nafe. I tried it but it didn't really work with my leads. I think they're about 2cm too short. I can pull the spark plug clip down the tube, but when I press the lead onto the plug, the clip just gets pushed back up the tube again :|
