Gold badges were an OEM option, hard to find and not a UK option.

Try US ebay like here MR T PRELUDE MEMORABILIA

Also the white car has the Mugen whale tail spoiler.

You probably want the low level spoiler thats on most preludes. Or do you want the flush Type S spoiler?
