Dammit lol. The bolts on mine are STUCK. Completely stuck. I smashed the crap outa it with a hammer last night for an hour and no joy at all.

Lewis - It sounds like the only way you are going to get them out is by sawing right through the bolts. If the bolts are stuck fast that means the bushes are more than likely done for as well. You will need to replace both bushes, bolts, nuts, and camber plates. Further bad news is that Honda dont sell the 5th gen bush for that arm separately, they want to bend you over and take £319 for each whole arm.

The solution is to use 4th gen bushes:

4th gen rear LCA bush - 52354-SS0-023 (£25.76 each)
Camber bolt - 52387-SM4-962 (£15.72 each)
Camber plate - 52388-SM4-960 (£5.03 each)
Nut - 90366-SF1-J62 (£7.79 each)

I did this for my 5th gen and they all fit perfectly ;)

Are you polybushing, fitting a lower brace, or something?

Another thing to do is heat the bolts up with a blowtorch and plenty of wd-40.. works every time.. never had a problem working on Dino's 5th gen that i was nicking all the suspension off ;) 8-) 8-)

I had to get brutal with mine.....

Even once off the car, I had to press the seized bushes out of the arm.....
