Are you sure that is the correct part number?
37820-P13 is fine but end digits should start J for Japan and other part of code denotes manual or automatic and the last digit is the revision number - also helps if you can say if it is a 3 plug or 4 plug ecu - the 4 plug one is for 4th gens with TCS such as the ones I have here are 37820-P13-J00 Japan -manual- revision 0 which is a 4 plug ecu with TCS from a 1991 4ws BB1. Some are interchangeable but you would have to check.
