cigarette lighter and surround

WTD good working cigarette lighter, housing and plastic surround hood thats on the 5th gen Prelude
mine is dead and i cant see why ? i have a temporary one hooked up to the original wires, working no prob...but want a pukka Honda one.....anyone ???
oh yeah i cracked the surround when i put it in the footwell and then stood on it....TIT
