Make sure you messure them, I remember I have had an issue, when my drive shaft's rubber split, and all dust gos inside of there, do I try to repleaced shaft wiht thoe bearings but I left old caising - and that caising did not fit to new dhaft - and than i've realised they were diferent - probably slighly biger

And make sure you put them in the right way up, on my first attempt they went in upside down and when I drove off all the corners snapped off the bearings! The bearing edges are slightly angled - pay attention! :)

It is easy to do when you don't know the correct way. Mind you it is fairly obvious they are wrong when the driveshaft is unable to move up and down.

I thought exactly the same merlin but these things happen.

Ive done it wrong myself before but realised but I loaded the shaft up.
