Anyone using any car covers? What are the best ones?

Some leave scratches? Ruin paint work?

I need to cover the car while I take bumpers, skirts, exhaust off. If I leave the car without these the pikeys would try and take the whole car while no one is home.

Ok imagine this.

All the bumpers, sides skirts, headlights etc are off the car. I don't want the pikeys to come and steal the car coz they might think its been scraped or something. :? :x

I used a £24.99 car cover from Argos about 4 years ago and damaged the paintwork on my red lude. I ended up taking them to court and won a substantial amount from them!

My advice don't use one! ;)

Then the pickeys will really take it

I had the scrap metal people knock on my door and ask if i was scrapping mine because it was left on axle stands for 2 weeks in my layby. Told him where to sling his hook.....

why not cover the car in bed sheets before you put a car cover on it?
