4th Gen Power Steering Pump
Is it grinding or just leaking?
If it's just leaking, you can buy rebuild kits (seals) I believe!

4th Gen Power Steering Pump
No leaking. Air is getting in to the system. The Power steering fluid ends up looking like aero chocolate full of bubbles. As the bubbles fill up it then eventually bubbles over. Have replaced the O rings. It’s just drawing in air from somewhere. Looking at the pump the belt driven wheel is slightly oscillating, wondering if that’s oscillating if the rod inside the pump is maybe offset and the grooves which then aid the flow of fluid in the pump might be offset enough to draw in very small amounts of air but only guessing.
