strip, lower, remove resonator, decat, book track day, done!
Then go from there. you'll have plenty of power for track if your starting off, which i assume you are or you wouldnt ask!
biggest thing is make sure the car has decent discs and pads, isnt leaking any fluids and is safe! you'll find that tyres are the single best mod you can do for track. ado48's or r888 are epic but stightly lower down the spectrum will help aswell, mainly with your confidence levels.
if you have done a few then look into an lsd box if you havent already got one, then thats where the money starts! also like to add nothing wrong with ebay stuff as long as its the right stuff!
have fun, take pictures and dont race others

Another good mod is uprated clutch (accord type r or exedy stage 1) and lightened flywheel combo and then a fm shortshifter (go for the genuine one) - costs approx £300 clutch new/£200 flywheel new /£100 fm shortshifter used.
These items along with whats mentioned by others should be good enough for you to start trackday in style.
After that then its onto the big money engine upgrades....

Are you asking for parts or a parts list? Your going to have to be more specific.

You really should fit a braided clutch line, it'll remove the clutch damper that destroyed my clutch on track. Anyone remember the name of the guy who started making them?

It was Hyabusa Hunter (Nathan at Ituned). I have the braided line on my car bought in the PUK group buy.
