Wanted H22 Engine

Ok so my engine in turbo SIR lude has given up the ghost, so I am after a h22 to put in there to run low boost on.

The current engine is H22 (4th gen JDM OBD1) so any obd1 engine would be fine, also as car was OBd2 I can use all the 5th gen engine codes too so anything goes really. Only thing I was thinking was best to avoid the high comp engine as I will be going low boost.

Also low miles would be great.

So what do you have?

I have an H22A2 with 100,000 miles on it. Needs a good service & clean-up, but will run nicely after that. You know; new plugs, leads, oil filter, cambelt kit, maybe clean up injectors, etc.. Just the things you'd do anyway before fitting a replacement engine. ;)

And being an A2, it's got the lower compression to suit your turbo application. :)

After around £150 for it I guess.

I'm in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire so a bit of a way away but not too far to come.

Still really looking for lower miles but if I cant get anything slightly newer or possibly a bit more local then I'll will be interested.

I think that already happened? IIRC this is the second engine.
