In preparation, I've already cleaned out the EGR valve, EGR ports and used a can of Sea Foam.

Tomorrow I'll hopefully be replacing the O2 sensor, fuel filter, spark plugs, distributor cap & rotor. Will also test the HT leads while I'm at it.

Good skills buddy. Im gonna do an oil change but most of everything has been done in the last 3k so I should be sitting pretty.

You realise you are the only UK lude to be going? Nick and I will be in other 'lesser' cars unfortunatly. You are carrying the flag mate!

Well I gave up with both the fuel filter (awkward access) and the O2 sensor too (current one is stuck solid). Booked my car in at a local garage on Wednesday to replace those 2 parts. I managed to replace the spark plugs, distributor cap & rotor though.

so i believe mate. Nick is in a wrx scoober, im in the 328. will make for an amusing exhaust off though..
