I'm on my hols for the national meet but I am hoping to get to meet some fellow Lude owners at some point... Since I discovered Ludes a couple of years ago I have never met another Lude owner so it would be great to meet some local enthusiasts.

Im tempted by the national meet, but i despise camping! lol.
Does sound like fun though. no reason both cant be done.

Any ideas for a general location then?

Depends how far people are prepared to travel. Weston, burnham on sea, minehead, exmouth, sidmouth or weymouth, all within couple of hours or so of exeter. Or wales, as mercutio suggests.

Exmouth seafront is quite nice, but we would have to force out the local impreza contingent :D
And parking there would depend on the day, as it does get very busy.

Dawlish warren has a huge car park, so should'nt be an issue parking even if its busy, and a nice seaside pub/restaraunt that does good food.

Both places are less then 15 miles from exeter.

I'm up for Weymouth or Wales. Would probo prefer Wales tbh cos I've only ever been there once. And good roads too as Merc says. And I might get to meet Tramroadmotors Phil if he's about prior to my conversion being done. :)

Looking at everyones location so far (with the exception of merc who is miles away!) it would seem that somewhere like burnham on sea at the top end or seaton on the bottom is gonna be the most cental loacation for everyone to get to.

I drove down seaton seafront the other day for work and it looked rather nice.

I dont know about parking or eating for either place though.
