Right then. That's me booked. Will be coming from Swindon, not yet decided if i will be going Marlborough/Tidworth way or M4 to Newbury/A34 yet. Edging towards to M4/A34 as it will probably be quicker, although not as scenic.

Is it just a case of getting there before 9.30 and being directed to the Lude Gen stand then? Or are there planned joining/convoy points on the way?

They have requested that clubs try and arrive together so they can be parked together, so will arrange a convoy point.

Are you bringing any ATR guys? I need to confirm numbers to the venue.

My ATR chums are either busy or gay. So I'll be flying the ATR flag.

Was going to convoy with sexy Sam, but he's gone and put the muckers on that.

The Simply Japanese website seems to suggest that it's £10 per head. It doesn't ask for car details. I was going to buy 2 or 3 tickets in one lot, but am now wondering if buying them separately leaves the option open to bring more than one car for the same price.

Any views?

£10 per person Hans. If you pay £30 you can have 3 adults in one car or one adult in 3 cars.

From what I can gather, as long as you have a jap car, you can turn up in the public jap area and, if you want to park together, you have to arrive together.

If you have a club stand booked, you just need to turn up before 9.30am, go through a different entrance and go to your club stand spot.

Ah, edit....see what you mean now, three names on one ticket or one name in three tickets. If you are taking 3 cars, I reckon it is safer to book each person separately, one name per ticket.

I've booked for me and my lad and we've got one ticket with both names on.

Either way, £10 is much cheaper than normal public entrance to the museum, so it's still a bargain!

Will get mine booked up this weekend, and arrange a meeting point this week

I've just ordered 4 tickets, split to allow the possibility of bringing more than one car.
I'll probably come in the Integra and Ricky in the 5G (she prefers it to the Teg, and who can blame her? If we can organise it, Jan might drive down in the ATR.

I'm now all booked up. Stopping in Travelodge in Eastleigh the night before.

Will find a suitable meeting point later today and post up with details
