GOOD NEWS!

WE HAVE A TRACK TIME SLOT SECURED!

We currently have the following dedicated track time allotted to our club (jointly with Bennys club - need confirmation who!):

SLOT T
Briefing Time: 2:00pm
On Track Approx: 3:12pm

Not the best time, it was a choice out of three, one was silly early and I didn't want anyone to miss it, the other even later. This is why booking as early as possible is a must. Please appreciate that as the day goes on, they may slip and run late on these times, but we can't miss the briefings.

So what's the deal then Rob? Is it secured for x amount of time to allow us to get the monies in??

They actually seemed relaxed to a degree about the payment, that's not like them! But they would need it fairly soon. We have the slot booked though, so we won't loose it unless we pull out and tell them to release it (don't Donald!

).

But payment asap would be good guys, any problems like Adam (Gayno) says just PM us to let us know when you can pay - appreciate being Xmas time its not ideal but this is how quickly the track time goes at Japfest unfortunately.

I'll pay my £33 now Adam. Can we keep a list up together of who's paid please - obviously you'll have to do this as you know who has! The organisers are sending me the booking confirmation and a form just to book the track time. How do you want to arrange the payment then?

Still no sign on Benny? Anyone else know what club he's on?

Bennys lot are the ShootAllBallers. (comes from his shootall photography thingy) I think its just a bunch of local really good car mates from bournemouth. Don't think they have a forum or anything, though they do havea FB page.
