You need to fill in this form

http://www.japshow.co.uk/forms/BookingFormJap2012.pdf

and send it too Donna at Santa pod. You state how many cars you will have on the stand, they then send you that amount of stand passes, which are needed to get your car onto the stand.

individuals just book their own tickets and who ever ends up with the stand passes has to send them out to the club members (or spend all day driving to the gate to give out stand passes)

Yup, no Canadian Irishman there this year, so no otters, but there could still be whippings with rubber hose, and there may still be apologies, but just none from me this year

Do people want the stand to be on grass with the camping like it was last year, or do we want a tarmac stand and move the cars on Sunday morning?

Email from Pod about booking
Dear Club Organisers,
With just over 6 weeks until JapShow, booking in your car club should now be registering on your radar. Already 15 clubs have got their booking form in to me and that’s all it takes to get your club pitch secured! It couldn’t be easier. Fill in the form and send it to me. Tickets do not have to be bought in advance to book a spot. Of course you can choose to take advantage of our new eticketing system and save yourself some £££££’s by getting your tickets emailed to you direct so you can Print at Home. This saves on postage costs and if you book before 5pm on Fri 8th June 2012 you will get your tickets at the cheaper Advance Price. Just visit www.eticketing.co.uk/santapodraceway to book online.
Dates for your diary 2012
JapShow Sun 17th June
JapShow Finale Sun 30th Sept
Club booking forms are now available on www.japshow.com There have been some changes so please read the forms carefully. There's no better time to spread the word amongst your club members and get your club booked in before everyone else. Keep updated via the 'Official Santa Pod Raceway' or 'Donna Santa Pod Finnegan' Facebook page!!!
More info via www.santapod.com or call 01234 782828
Best regards,
Donna Finnegan

Re: The stand if you are on Tarmac then you have to camp in the public camping section so getting everyone together on the Sat night might be more tricky, this why on PUK we always opted for the grass option as once your there that's where you stay till the close of the show.

Obviously if your on the tarmac you will get seen more, so I guess it's up to you guys as at this moment in time I'm not going (Or if I do I'll be there late on the Sat night as I have a drift day on the same day)
