Ok, here is an idea. Smetharpe stadium host drag racing and drifting days throughout the year, the next one would be saturday october 12th.
its £35 for unlimited drag runs throughout the day, and £10 entry if your not using the track.

Would anyone be interested in attending this? i was thinking if we have some who want to attend and some who dont, we could hold a meet somewhere nearby in the evening so people could attend and then all meet afterwards with the non-attendees.

Thoughts?

Right then, lets get a list going for people who want to attend the drag racing and people who dont.

Drag racing:
Bludge
W1ggz
Paul72
Ash.Z

Just meet:
Mudgey

For the meet, (seeing as there is a southampton meet happening up that way anyway) i say either somewhere near sidmouth (as its near to the drag strip) or my original idea of dawlish warren.
I suggest dawlish warren again as it has a big car park right near somewhere to eat, and being as its off season it shouldnt be too busy for a saturday evening.

I will pop down there next week though and check it out, as i remember there being speed bumps which might cause a problem for some of our lower members!
