I think people are getting confused, they changed it all last year. We as members book are stand by paying for the stand pass, which includes entry for us and up to 3 passengers. So no ticket to buy. See Adam's original post:

THERE ARE NO TICKETS FOR CLUB MEMBERS

Basically, you buy your stand pass. This will cost you £20.

However.......this entitles you (the driver) and another 3 passengers entry! This means if you carry 3 passengers, you can split the cost to £5 each. Slightly more expensive than last year if you're on your own, but cheaper if you bring people in your car!

In addition to the £20 per stand pass I also need £2.20 to cover some envelopes and recorded 1st class post to send you your ticket. Unfortunately they all get sent to me in one batch and it’s quite a task to send them out to everyone. I appreciate this is slightly more than last year but Royal Mail's postage cost has increased since last year.

So that’s:

£20 per stand pass + £2.20 = £22.20.

If you’re ordering two stand passes, please only pay the additional £2.20 once. E.g:

2 x £20 + £2.20 = £42.20.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

So, once the monies are all in by the deadlines, the club stand will be booked with the organisers. Then during the month of April they finish organising the layouts and get the various media printed. I should receive the stand passes a week or two before the show. As soon as I get them, I will re-post them out to everyone hopefully with time before the show so you're ready to drive up with the stand pass and be directed in.

They normally post a map to show the area we’ll be located in the month running up to the show. As soon as someone spots it, we’ll post it up on here. :D

My Prelude will not be on the road for Japfest this year, don't want to have the family ford focus on the stand so I will give Japfest a miss this year. I want to spent the money that I normally spend on tax, insurance etc on the car parts instead. Plus we've just had another baby, So we will see you there next year.

Previous 3 years we've had near 30.

This year looks like it's going to be quieter, not sure why though.

So less than 30 this year, that's pretty good. What happens at these things then? I've never ever been to a meet, was going to come to the last one in August for ludes but my roof caved in and had to fix it in the pooring rain
