No rush on the donation, though at least a week before would be appreciated, just so I can start to really plan parking and coverings etc etc etc. Could be the difference between 0-22 people extra people and that needs a bit of planning.

Everyone else is onboard and will be getting final details the thurday before the event.

Hi sorry cant make it as going on holiday to gran canarys and wish i could do both but funds wont allow plus only got mrs fiesta now till i can afford new lude
