Interesting bit of info on the dyno's there Wurly. I'll be up for coming along as well, will be good to get mine charted properly again after all the work I'm doing at the moment.

Ok there is a holiday complex about 25 miles from the dyno place that the company im subcontracted by for security work provides security for. it looks like a tent pitch for a night is only about a tenner, so im hoping i can cut a nice deal for a group booking for friday and saturday night. (depending on interest....im looking at you wurly!)

I will start looking into it next week.

refresh rebuild.

Parts
All engine gaskets and seals (head and block)
Genuine OEM piston rings (I WILL NOT use anything else)
All crankshaft bearings
Water Pump
Timing belt and balance shaft belt
EITHER OEM auto tensioner and both roller bearings OR full manual tensioner conversion (a little cheaper)
New OEM crank pulley (bought from 4thgenphil)
New NGK platinum plugs
All fluids and oil filter.

Engineering works
head skim, crankshaft journal polish, valve and seat cut

Labour
Engine removal and full strip down of block and head.
Hot tank clean of head and block (includes de-coke of cylinder head)
Inspection
De-coke pistons and clearing of gas holes
De-glaze cylinder bores in preparation for new rings
Rebuild using all the new parts as listed above
Fresh fluids
