JAPFEST - Important Info!!!

Hey guys,
A couple of things I need to tell everyone...
1) The stand passes you were sent have been requested to be fixed to a particular place as they had problems last year. They want it in the centre of the windscreen just behind the rear view mirror, like this:

I'll check the ludes before we head off in the convoy.
2) With the location of the stand in the same place as last year, people inevitably break off into groups and walk into the show and back at different times. As a result not everyone gets to meet each other.
To avoid this and have a more Japshow socialable feel, I propose we meet back at the stand at 12:00pm midday for a group lunch and drinks. I'm bringing a large gazebo, a pasting table, some picnic blankets and a chair. So can I ask everyone to bring some food and drink and we'll have a nice group dinner.
So that's:
12:00 Midday Meet at the Stand for Lunch!
Would also be a good time for people from other stands to come over and meet us all.
Hope this idea is welcomed by all.
Cheers,
Rob
