I have uploaded my pics from today, there's too many to embed on here but I've put them in a gallery. Have a look. Have a click on them and they'll blow up nice and big.

I hope you all got home OK.

My cheap little camera didn't do too well in the rain, so I've still got some sorting out to do. If there are enough pics, I'll probably concoct a little YouTube slideshow.

In the meantime:-

Good turnout, and great to see some of LudeGen's fine Prelude's.
Shame the rain broke up the day somewhat as we all sort shelter.

Yeah, it was a really impressive line up we put together. The rain definitely broke up the socialising aspect, maybe that gazebo was a good idea after all!

I had a Gazebo in the boot, Pete (Toyracer) had one too. Neither of us had sides though, was far too windy to risk it really.

The best part for me is the hanging aroung chatting nonsense/moaning/pee taking etc and God kind of took that away from us. I think he was angered from the outset when Tom got out his Mugen umbrella and started worshiping the false Japanese god of Mugen. God cast down an almightly wind and the Mugen brolly was turned inside out in moments.

Sailor, that banner photo is weird, it's part chameleon!

Our fault: it was the day we finally remembered to bring our folding chairs ...

Yep, brollies gave us our metaphors for the day:-

It's good, isn't it? Next time, we'll have to try to line it up with the cars exactly.

And here's the little slide show I mentioned:-

My Honda F1 umbrella survived, probably because God had already done casting them down some time ago.

I had to dry mine out and I hadn't even used them. That was a metaphor for the day all right!

I also put together a longer (15 min) video, with real moving pictures an' all. It's a sort of record of the day, so the actual footage of Ludes etc doesn't appear until halfway through - after the rain.

Some nice pics and video in here, well done chaps 8-)
Was great to catch up with those I know and meet those that I don't despite the weather trying it's best to wash us all away.
Drive down was good fun too :D
