JAE 2012 - Official Booking/Payment Thread

Now that Japshow is booked and paid for, I can start taking monies for JAE! I realise there is still 3 months to go, but if we leave it until a month beforehand there won't be any decent space left! Please get payment in ASAP, don't leave it until the last minute! The sooner we get payments, the sooner we can get the stand booked!

Weekend ticket prices are £30 This includes camping, and an additional £5 which covers the cost of hiring a generator, petrol for the generator and charcoal/gas for the communal BBQ. You also get a free show guide upon entry (normally £3). Under 12's are free entry, 1 per paying adult

I can only order weekend tickets for the stand, day only tickets only applies on the Saturday and is pay on the gate only. Day only entry also will not allow you onto the club stand, you will have to park in the car park and walk down to us.

I ask that you PayPal (as a gift to avoid fees) me £31.75 which will cover cost of stamp/envelope to send out your ticket/stand pass. If you would like more than 1 ticket then you only need to pay the extra £1.75 once, so 2 tickets will be £61.75, 3 tickets £91.75 and so on.

Obviously, if you are local to me and/or can collect the tickets, then feel free to omit the postage charge and only send £30 per ticket.

Due to the value of the tickets (especially multiple ones) I will only use recorded delivery for sending these tickets.

I will also take direct bank transfer and cheque.

I would like to book by the end of July, so please pay as soon as you can, I am setting the payment deadline at midnight, SUNDAY 15TH JULY. This gives us plenty of time to get payments in and is after payday for those that may need to wait. If you feel you may require a few extra days then please PM me and we can sort something out.

This is also the weekend of LLL's big meet, so anyone wishing to give me cash here is more than welcome, but please let me know that's the plan, so I'm not worrying about not having any payments 2 days before deadline!

Nice one Adam. I'll pay up end of June after pay day - I'll check whether the missus is definitely coming or not, she moaned about the cheaper Japshow.

Who knows, I may be in a lude by this one!

can prob only make it for the sunday.
A bit crap they've changed the rules. Went to Billing a few times and then Peterborough when I was on the ftooc comm went for the weekends as had a job to do but people could still get on stand before a certain time each day.

Problem with Sunday only is that most clubs start packing up in the morning and most are gone by 2/3pm. We were there until about 4pm last year and were one of the last to leave.

Keith, has a message back from the organisers.

You can have day entry on Sunday also. However as I said not much happens, most people are recovering from Saturday night's party then pack up and leave!
