Use this code to book your tickets for individual bookings.

How to book your tickets:

1. Click https://www5.shocklogic.com/scripts/jme ... ystem_Id=2 to reach the ticket page.
2. After entering your details, please select 'YES' to attend as a part of a club.
3. This will then prompt you to enter the code you were given above.
4. You can then proceed to book your club tickets and add ons as required.

Please ensure you select a display entry ticket if you or your members wish to display their car.

The website isn't very good - so damn slow!
The booking fee is taking the absolute body lemonade - it's their own show, booked through their own site (not even a third-party ticket vendor).

Also I enter the Club Password then after that it only gives me the option to select passenger or kids entry ticket.

Just FYI, japfest organisers have emailed me to say as there is only 3 of us on the stand this year, we are moving to the "special display" area as there are too few on the stand. other clubs with low numbers are also doing this, so all the special people are clubbed together - i would guess by the pit area which could be an upgrade tbh, but just FYI for when the stand passes are handed out, they will be "special display" area instead.

Disappointing but is what it is I guess.
If we want to park together, we’ll have to all meet up in advance and convoy in together else that won’t work.
Does that mean there is a refund to you for club stand (I hope so?)
Also, how ridiculous will it be if they end up with space in the club areas after having been ‘sold out’ so bloomin early?

i suspect they have reduced ticket sales the last few years here due to not being allowed to park on the grass (complete guess), that's why tickets sell out so early for the event now - i don't think its as busy as it used to be.
Yes i would meet & convoy together, not sure how the special stand will be set out.
No refund on club stand as you don't pay for it at this event, it's a free thing. Only the japanese performance show do you pay for a stand AFAIK.
I bet you a lot of money there will be plenty of space available in club areas as you say. JF silverstone is nothing like the old Castle Combe days
