An excellent event, much more relaxed than the others due to it being spread over 3 days.

Unfortunately I'll be on another stand (DSUK) but will likely come say hello.

Take up has been slow on the other club, if in a few weeks we're still short on numbers I'll ask to open in up to a joint stand with LG/PUK.

Will keep you guys updated.

OK guys I've been given the go ahead to arrange a joint stand.

What will happen is I will collect all money for tickets for PUK/LG, and the stand will be booked under JPOC.

What I plan to happen is hopefully we have enough people for 2 or more plots, this way we can group the Preludes together on one side as the PUK/LG stand and the other cars as the JPOC stand, but we will all still be under the one banner!

Same as last year we will be adding £5 per ticket and this covers the cost of hiring a generator, petrol for the generator and charcoal/gas for the communal BBQ. This way all you have to do is rock up with yourself and food, everything else is taken care of. This worked very well, and hopefully will again this year. If you have special diteary requirements and as such need to use your own BBQ, let me know and we can come to some arrangement.

Here are the details:

For those of you who have never been to JAE, here is what's on offer over the 3 days:
  • Show n Shine Competition
  • It's a KnockOut Inter-Club Competition comprising:
    • Tug Of War
    • Five - A - Side Football
    • Endurance
    • Japanese Food and Drink Eating
    • Car Pull
    • Bungee Challenge
    • Inflatable Jousting
    • Time Attack GoKarting
    • JAE Relay Race
  • Free Firework Display
  • Plenty of amusements/rides
  • Lots of Trade Stands
We will have a marquee for evening drinking and there will be plenty on during the day to keep everyone amused.

Starting Friday afternoon and ending Sunday evening, this is a great way to finish the summer!

We need to get names down as JAE books up fast, so please get your names down if you're interested and we will sort out ticketing arrangements soon. Under 12's are FREE!

As soon as we have at least 10 people confirmed, we can start taking payments as this is the minimum number required for booking a stand. The sooner we get this booked, the better spot we will be allocated!

Unfortunately, they are strict on having ONLY Japanese cars in the club area, so those attending in non-jap cars will have to leave it in public car park, which is still on the same site, but just outside the club area.

Stick your names down now if you would like to join us, and as soon as we have enough people to book the stand, I will PM everyone for payments.

It is 1 ticket per person, so if everyone was to bring their partner (if that's what floats your boat!) then we only need 5 people to guarantee a stand!! So please put down how many tickets you will require.
