Profile updates

In your profile thread, when you post an update, tick the "Profile Update" box and change the description to whatever you'd like it to be.

Or you can edit previous posts in you profile thread, by going "Edit" at the top of the post, then scrolling down to the bottom, ticking the "Update Profile" box and changing the "Subject" text (near the top) to whatever you'd like it to be.

I'll just point out that people will have to go back through their profile threads and re-tick "Profile Update" on the appropriate posts since it stopped working.
