Trouble is there can always be two sides to a story if things go wrong. It wouldn't be fair to either side if things couldn't be explained.

But the mods don't always agree and again that wouldn't be fair and it's yet more work for them.

Sounds like a good idea but I agree with NafemanNathan it could become too difficult to police and what the Mods have went through recently I don't think we should give them more work!

My only suggestion on Buying and Selling is that we only allow Ebay links to stuff we have for sale. That way mods do nothing and if the transaction goes tits up we let Ebay sort it out.

But then we all incur nasty ebay/paypal fees, avoiding which being the advantage of selling through the forum.

True but if it reduces the load on mods then I'd be happy to pay the fees, if it reduces hassles etc :)
