epic work Nath, love custom mods like this 8) and i always have to say you never do things lightly, it's all or nothing with doing things properly

quick question though as im confused, probably due to me missing the point or simply being thick (usually the case).... ok, you've cut the HUMOUNGOUS 5g headlights in half to snug fit the projectors - i presume after this your going to put something on top to "fill" the gap as it were? because otherwise if you fit them as is, even with them close up there will be a big gap between the bonnet and side panels.... :? you just going to fabricate custom made ducts or something?

Cheers Dan :D

And yes, I've got a few options. First off is to fill the gap. Fortunately, as I have a carbon fibre bonnet it's easy to add to, so I'll make some fill-in pieces (moulded from the lens offcuts) and add them to the bonnet. Then I plan to be a bit more creative and follow in 5Zigen's race team.

Since spotting it a few years ago I always loved the look of their "Devil Wing" on their Honda Accord. As my existing front lip is as low as I can go (What with my drive and speed humps) I can't fit an additional splitter, so the idea of a front bonnet wing (If I get it right) could be the solution...

I've obviously done my own photoshop :D and it'll look something a little like this...

In additon to that thought, eventually when I have the ITB's fitted, I thought to have an air duct above the right hand headlight and run a duct along the underside of the bonnet (Attached to the bonnet) to transport cold air to the ITB's. I should hopefully be able to make that work with the Devil Wing ;)

Further to the headlight conversion, I've actually modelled up the lids in CAD, added a lip allround and sent them off to quote for 3D printing...

This will finish off the headlight so much better than a folded aluminium profile.

Also the plug'n'play harness arrived today...

Great custom fab work Nafe, and I'm loving the CAD design.

Not totally convinced on devil wing each to there own, what do you plan on fabing wing from cf?
If it looks like jobby and smells like jobby it probably is jobby!

Yeah, going to build it up with layers of Styrofoam, then filler it, then either create a mould, or if I'm being lazy just skin it with CF.
