So after the test drive I was with the help of a friend doing some more intake work with a 3" section and an AEM filter. Aluminium is not that easy toweld so the welds were not perfect.
Some quality of live fixes and the lude was ready for a roadtrip to Wörthersee in Austria. (too show to VAG guys and girls that an import is dressed to impress.

Now why did I stall?
The company who was supposed to integrate the s300 in the P28 Ecu was doing a dirty job so the soldering was not good and the s300 chip went out under full load @6000RPM. This hickup resulted in a blown engine.
With this Wörthersee was not able to be done and my motivation was gone. All that money and time wasted for this.
I did inspect the JRSC and sold it to our dear beloved bed sheet friend @nitin_s1
