Re: Cebul's Lude
Hi, another job what I did with the car -
I alway was angry when to open a boot I need to get inside the car and pull the handle so I thougt is a time to get rid of that problem, but first I've fit a damers in fear boot.
My dampers are from BMW E36 - sedan/coupecompact have the same dampers lenght
To do that you need to get 2 dampers, 2 bracket and 4 ball studs - everything is came from scrap yard, ballstuds are from rear tailgate from Peugeot I think![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif)
2 of the ball studs need to be extended to go thru boot hinge.
I did not drill new holes in hinge - I've ussed holes where rear springs bars were fitted.
My dampers are a bit strong as yo can see on the movie boot lid jump up very quick and to close it need to put more power so in the future I will swap them for less Niutons.

To release a boot I've ussed a slave selenoid - central lock motor
Fitted in the boot lid in to lock trigger
Next step I've changed a central locking unite with boot release.
Also need to copy transponder - chip for imobiliser, so bloke who cut the key do eveything for me and now i have a central locking butons in the key![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif)
