i picked it up from HIB exhausts 2 weeks ago (the day before my clutch broke) as it needed an extra bit creating to go the flexi - which also needed replacing as it was poop.

i got it for a bargin 8-) but they usually go for £40-50 - and yes very easy to fit, just two screws with a metal bracket that tighten into your sunroof, ill get a pic if anyone needs it.

defo mate, its easy to do yourself, some people wet the wrap before hand as well, get more length and makes it easier to wrap :)

can i make a quick suggestion. NEVER OPEN YOUR SUNROOF ON TILT ON THE MOTORWAY. it vibrates and cracks because of the air pressure. also take it off and smear a bead of silicon onto the surface that touches the paint as it will leavE horrible marks in the paint if it should come off or be nicked like mine was. Grrr.

I think that maybe my old sunroof deflector!
I never re-fitted it when I had my paintjob done as it left rub marks on the roof
Did reduce wind noise quite a bit tho. Really noticed the difference after I took it off

yeh? haha small world! my lude must have had one at some point in its life as there were the marks from a previous sunroof deflector

New bit:
front tow strap (yes my front bumper REALLY needs re-painting!)
Image

and my mate thom decided that he was fed up looking at my very faded carbon bonnet as you can see in this photo
Image

so we took it off
Image

gave it a good wash down with soapy water and a fine nylon pad from halfrauds
Image

dried it off with a towel and kitchen towels, then started spraying a thin coat of lacquer
Image

let it dry for 20mins and then put on a thick coat of lacquer, almost until it runs and then let it dry for a few hours and the results is shiney!!!!
Image

and back on the car ...muuuuucch better
