I hoping the brake judder was just the brakes getting a bit too hot, but I didn't go out again, so not sure if I've warped the discs or not. The tyres went off at the end of this session as well.
If think I pushed too hard for too long! :o :lol:

Last video of Snetterton. I'm following my friend in his newly purchased Crx. It's very well
prepped & set-up & we have similar power to weight ratio.

Alan was finding his feet in this video but by the end of the day his speed was beginning
to worry me! :shock:

I need to do some more weight reduction now :lol:

That red Golf looked to be going well! Modded 16v? You were closing on him in a straight line at the top end (aerodynamics?) but his accelaration was quite impressive considering the Prelude is considerably lighter than stock & ~200bhp

I have a couple of friends with well developed ~200bhp track mk2 16v's (2L blocks, headwork, Schrick cams, Quaife diffs) & they are 'seriously' capable cars!

Pity about your tyre experiment- always going to be an issue as the rears take longer to warm up.... ;)

It was true! His Ale-drinking ballast affected the turn-in into right handers :lol:

Some Good & Bad news.

Bad news first - My immaculate Mk1 Eunos S-special has been sold :(

Good news is the Prelude now gets to live in the dry, cosy Garage :D

You may notice that I seem to have accumulated a few wheels & tyres :lol:

Going to put a set in the for sale section.

Made a cooling plate today out of 3mm polypropylene :D . It's lightly embossed on the top side
& smooth underneath;

Got enough left to make another - see the for sale section;
