What a build!
I am currently redoing my Prelude track car atm, it's a 4th gen but the shell is rotten, so i picked up a bb4 light weight and i'm just in the process of transferring the good bits over like big brakes and polybushes etc.
I have Bilsteins dampers atm but all the seals have given up and they are about £80 a pop to refurb so i was gonna opt for a Gaz setup, they need me to send in a example of a front a rear shock which you probably had to do, but what i'm not sure what spring rates to go for, it's a sunday drive and track car so what rate would you recommend, also what damper as they seem to do several?
Cheers

I think it's about time I made a profile, had so many preludes over the years I should share my rides, the current track car i'm breaking was a old forum members called Gixxer I think.
