Managed to get front pads fitted today thanks to @bludge for bringing up parts an tools . Took it for spin today and it goes like hell again an no leaks from rocker cover or new heater pipe that i have re done 8-)
On another note have finshed carbon wrap an sprayed rear bumper but again i had to join a few bits of wrap on top pillars so its not perfect but when i have more funds i will redo roof an rear bumper will need doing again as some marks have come thru so bit pissed off an just got to except i havent got enough money to get this done proffesionaly so will have to just be glad it looks better then it did
:( will post some more pics tommorrow

How's the wrap going @paul72? Have you done your door handles yet? If so how did that go? They look tricky..

Also, you had to put joins up near the roof, was that because you needed a bigger width of vinyl or was 5m not quite long enough?

Sorry for all the questions, I want to give this a go but I'm trying to gather enough info as possible first (so I don't waste to much money)! Cheers

I shud of got 10 meters which would of been better as u need a bigger piece for rear panel but im not to bothered im going to redo roof later on as i joined a few pieces there but i have learnt alot from doing this as my first time so i didnt expect perfect . I just done door handles today @bb1boy to show u how i get round bends
First i mask off so it cant stick to what i have already done
Image
Then i cut a piece to just cover the back of handle as i do the handle seperate , i cut a slit in it to get it over handle
Image
Then rub around edges till you have the shape
Image
Then i cut around the edge an pull of excess
Image
Then i heat the middle bit with hot air gun an slowly push the rest into shape
Image
If u do have any air bubbles just pierce with pin an air will rub out . I then do handle by gently heating an pulling around to the back
Image
Hope that helps but it really is practice first on something round an your quickly learn but if u mess up just pull of an re heat it as it goes back to orignal shape . Body panels are a little different but if u need help ill do another thread 8-)
An heres a pic of it joined at back pillar but u only see it close up but im going to make it better wen i got some more money for another roll
