Re: BsBB1
Little update.
Finally met Nitin in a car park for some bum fun to collect my Type S intake, and thought I'd better install it, since I had to service the lude anyway.
Goodies:

Last look at the original intake:

I'm redoing our kitchen at the mo, and had some naff vinyl spare, so:

Pretty? No. But we all like a wipe clean surface eh gents. AMIRITE.
Type S gubbins:

The lower half of the airbox is actually very similar to the original one, but I decided to swap it out anyway to keep it all together. Changed a few fixings over as my original ones were better, stuff like this:

With most of it in place, this little PCV issue was annoying me
:

Bit of longer pipe from all the Type S stuff sorted my OCD:

I have a stack of funnels, but had a Robinsons bottle kicking about in the garage and had a thought - Sure enough, it's the perfect funnel as the little ridge holds it upright in the cam cover

So all done:

Nice little idea, I expect a lot of people use this - never crossed my mind. Did the engine respond well to the Robinsons, I'm gonna try double concentrate next change!bennyboy wrote:
