Thinks I - lovely day, let's get the Lude ready to play out after hibernation 8-)

Ready the oily bits - check. Clean the car - check. Ready the new insurance policy - check. MOT? - erm, FECK!! It's run out!!

Trust me to forget the Lude had the MOT done 3 months before the tax was due  Really wish they'd send you a reminder

The worse thing is...owing to work commitments, today was likely to be only day I could MOT it before June

Boggo Standard 8-) Just need to sort out bumper paint

MOT? Don't think so. If you book it in, I think you can drive it to the MOT Station on the day of the test

Finally...she's booked in for her MOT this Friday
Hopefully back to Lude loveliness from then. I really hope so because the Civic Coupe goes to my newest Honda convert on Saturday. A work colleague who's buying it to replace a crappy beat up Fiesta..and it's cheaper for him to insurance as well ;)

Well, the old gal sailed through the MOT, with only 1 advisory...NSF CV gaiter damaged, but, preventing ingress of dirt ;-)

Not bad for a car that's been stood for nearly a year! The MOT chap was amazed at its condition 8-)

So the Civic's off to its new home tonight...hopefully he'll enjoy the joys ( and yeah, I know...some lows ;-p) of Honda ownership :D

 Gonna be my daily driver now the Civic's gone. It's grand to be back in the Lude but it's a shock to see the fuel guage move so quickly
