Lude looking good as usual matey

Did you manage to get hold of a Prelude badge for your grill :?:

Did you use rubbing compound or wet n dry on your front door rubbers/plastic trim :?:

Just wondering if using rubbing compound may be easier than wet n dry :?:

I have only ever done my rear window rubbers , but my front door ones are going a bit now :(

Cheers ;)

Toadster
cheers matey, yeah the grill badge is on back order, hoping to have it soon ;)

1st time i did my window trims i used wet and dry, but it took me ages, then Rob did his with rubbing compound about 3 times quicker. my current front window trims i got from the guy i got my interior from, so havent had to do anything to those yet, however i did get some rubbing compound and did my rear window trims, and it certainly is alot easier ;)

Honda Access Shocks, Rocker Cover and Air Intake Pipe

Post by mills » Mon Aug 27, 2012 12:29 pm

I've made a few changes to the Lude, here are a couple of them so far.

Honda Access shocks coupled with my Tein springs 8-)

and on they go :D

and this is what came off
Image
the orange stuff on the right hand side is what was left of 1 of the bump stops on the rear, and 1 of the front shocks had no bump stop at all. There wasnt much left of the other 2 bump stops either :? so not a very healthy suspension set up over all :!:

I've had this for a while now but havent bothered putting it on because i've been waiting quite a while for the c/f sparky cover.

The sparky cover finally arrived so on it all goes 8-)

something else I aquired, a c/f air intake pipe. I think it goes quite well with the pipercross viper induction kit
8-)

and an engine bay shot, looking a bit dirty now so when we get a bit of decent weather i'll be giving it a clean.

I'll be getting some pics when the car is clean, and I wanted to let the suspension settle again after taking it all apart ;)
