Liverpool Victoria.

No idea what she was thinking! She should have been in the lane that the red van is seen in, in the photograph above! I'm on the verge trying to avoid her

Well, i was going down STRAIGHT ROAD, yes STRAIGHT ROAD, and some lady pulled out infront of me (this was also at NIGHT time, in my 172 cup clio - xeon headlights.....) and she said "i looked, didnt see him so he must of been speeding) it was a 30, i was doing 30 ish (maybe 31 / 32) the car was cold still as id only just picked up my miss's from work. Even the damage on both the cars indicates she pulled infront of me. Yet her insurance company are "disputing" the claim. And i have a witness!!!

Sorry to spool you're posts with my jobby. I hope her insurance company sorts this crap out for you asap!

Even though it's a write off, it'll be fixable with second hand parts for less than the insurance company will pay out (hopefully). Just don't let them take it off you!

A sad event in any case. :(
