That is a tickle more peak torque than what my engine was recorded at. 160 lb/ft @ 3K rpm is where these built engines have a big advantage over stock

Must be the 3" exhaust and the Final Drive that gets you so much more torque than mine :)

Yes we were really surprised at the torque figure .
Not had a chance to drive it properly yet but heading to sntapod on Sunday and then track day at brands hatch gp circuit on the following Thursday so looking forward to that

Been so busy latley but Still making time for the lude .
Done a few trackdays and quite a few evening drives.
Been having a few issues but nothing major .

Anyway I put a new cambelt on as the current one needed tightening as it was really slack and slapping about on the cover so thought I may aswell replace it .

Also heat wrapped my exhaust manifold and heat reflective taped my inlet pipe to try and bring temps down .I made a heat sheild aswell and put 3 cold air ducts to it so plenty of cool air for the engine.

Next outing in the lude is ultimate street car at santapod so looking forward to seeing what It can run now .

Nice work mate. I like the idea with the multiple cold air feeds. Can never have enough cold air ;)

You fitted that clutch yet?

Cheers mate .
Yeah clutch is in as well .
Think I've covered about 750 miles on it now . Pedal feels firmer and so much better . So much more bite than the previous clutch .
I couldn't find anything wrong with the clutch I removed but there clearly was an issue with it .

My not that old ATR clutch is feeling a little out of its depth since I've had the car back from PAW. They're supposed to be good for up to 300bhp, but the bite point is now right at the top now and I can't tell if it's slipping or if I'm just not used to it after driving my truck more often  CC recommended the Stage 4 Sprung clutch to me, so I think I'll have to be giving them a shout soon ;)
