Marts lude - The Big Resto!

Been thinking of de-wipering the rear of the lude for a while. But I lost the bung I bought for it. Well while stripping the tracklude I came across the bung in the glovebox

It's pretty easy but thought I'd just do a write-up on it anyway.

You will need one of these. A Bung

Firstly, remove the cap covering the nut by lifting from the back so you unhook it. It might be a bit stiff so may need to use a screwdriver or something to prize it loose.

This reveals the nut (12mm i think) Remove

This releases the wiper arm so remove that. and you are left like this

Remove the rubber cover to reveal the 23mm nut and remove that too.

Then open the boot and locate the motor underneath. Disconnect the plug

Then remove the Three 10mm bolts and the motor will come away

Then remove the rubber gromet from the window here

That's it all removed. Just clean up the glass and add a small amount of sealant to the bung and fit!

I might be wiper mine and remove the washet jet. Everytime i accelerated hard in the S water shot out.
