lol!! that would be my mate Dafydd's arse, and the Wife's pumpkins (gigerdy!) from Halloween.

anyway, bit of a better update, after Dino said consult the Lude Manual it was pretty simple:

take back the sunroof seal, and open the sunroof half way so the two screws on the front of the sunroof lining match up with two holes in the sides:
Image

undo the screws then pop out the rest of the tabs, here shows where they are located:
Image

one that is mostly popped off, you can then pull the lining towards the front of the car and pop it out of its back position and the slide it out by going outside and taking it out backwards and out of the car from outside. This then reveals the 4 nuts either side on the underneath:
Image

undo the nuts and the sunroof will then lift off. be careful not to loose the line-up brackets from underneath as they are not secured on. once off, line up the new sunroof and reverse the process.
Image

i found the c/f roof didnt have the holes and trench to hold the old lining so i didnt bother putting it back on.

went to a rolling road yesterday, a smidge dissapointed with the results but not too bad, gonna get a leakdown test done in the week to see if anythings wrong or if the block simply needs a rebuild.

I was unhappy with the results of my old SiR but the car itself kept up with similar powered cars at that time and also another SiR had the same print out as me so didn't care after..

193ish bhp from an old Honda is not a bad at all.. If it was another car it would have had lost a lot more.
