H22a7 intake in the Type-S, did you need to tune it? remove EGR etc etc?

Car looks great and so does the house :D

Nitin i got te h22a7 block in it now but with te lude intake

And it doesnt work perfect

I think it doesnt run like it needs to do thats why

Nope

Old engine is in the garage

Now driving with h22a7 and u2q7 box :)

Old engine need rebuild some day only the block i can use but all internals incl sleeves need new

Little update

After a little cruise with the type S i had some steering trouble

Broken main steering line

Still looking for a RHD one because there are none in holland haha

Test fitting the rearlip and looks good

Gets pained soon with the front bumper and side skirts

Oil change on the bb9

Engine flush done and new oil and

I've got the same repeaters on the front bumper. I like them :) Mine don't have bulbs in or the wiring for that matter. It's on the long list of things to do :lol: Have you got the bulb holders? Can't recall if I have, but I'm sure standard side repeater bulb holders would fit.

EDIT: I do have the holders :) ...

couple of weeks ago io was invited by some friend to go with them to the zandvoort circuit for japfest NL

same weekend as japfest UK

2 friends of a mate drive in time-attack

they rented a pitbox for the cars and for the night

we got ther on Saturday and japfest and the race were on Sunday

from Friday to Saturday afternoon i was thinking what to do

go there with a friend or take the type S without power steering :?: :?:

answer was go with the type S

before i got there i heard some noise when rolling out in gear :(

but i tought it cant be anything big

the week after i cheked and it was the cat i heard haha

made some nice photos on the pit lane

going to make a canvas for my living room of the 3th photo

and finaly found one thanks to newkid

it's a hell of a job to do but did it and all is working again

and some other little update

soon i start with my old project again

we will try to get my old kadett gsi (astra mk2 gte) V6 back on the road en take it for a spinn next year on the track :D
